DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of milieorganics.com.au.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

milieorganics.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within https://milieorganics.com.au/contact-us-2/ days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of milieorganics.com.au.

Where any clause or term above would by any applicable statute be illegal, void, or unenforceable in any State or Territory then such a clause shall not apply in that State or Territory and shall be deemed never to have been included in these terms and conditions in that State or Territory. Such a clause if legal and enforceable in any other State or Territory shall continue to be fully enforceable and part of this agreement in those other States and Territories. The deemed exclusion of any term pursuant to this paragraph shall not affect or modify the full enforceability and construction of the other clauses of these terms and conditions.

JURISDICTION

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Tasmania and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and milieorganics.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania 

• All information, artwork, products, graphics and intellectual property belongs to Milie Organics. Certain artwork, slogans and logos are subject to trademark and any copyright is illegal. All artwork and graphic design belongs to Milie Organics and shall not be replicated without any permission, anytime.
• All Photography is owned by Renee Thurston and shall not be replicated without permission, anytime. Renee owns copyright to all her images.
• Once orders are submitted and dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
• All prices are GST inclusive
• All orders will be packed and dispatched within 24-72 hours and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your parcel when it is on it’s way to you.
• If the product you have ordered is out of stock, you will be emailed with either the choice of waiting till the product is available or be reimbursed.
• International Postage is calculated with Australia Post prices and weights. All parcels are to be sent via air mail at the cheapest rate (generally this is about 2-3 weeks in transit)
• The checkout on the website is very secure and has a valid SSL certificate.
• No credit card details are ever kept by Milie Organics.
• Please contact Rowena if your parcel (within Australia) has not been delivered after 3 days of recommended delivery time. This is so that Auspost can be contacted to locate parcel.
• The Little Locals Tasmania name is registered trademark under IP Australia.
• Please read all information on labels prior to purchase. Milie Organics does not take responsibility for change of mind or skin reaction if ingredients are not fully read. 
• Use all products in the recommended time frame that’s stated on the labels.
• All prices are final and not negotiable.
• Refunds are only permitted within 30 days after purchase – this will only occur after products have been returned back to Milie Organics ( postage will be refunded) and if product is deemed faulty money will be refunded. You will be given the opportunity to either get replacement or full refund. Please note that according to the ACCC you have to return the product before any refund/replacement will occur.
• We love all our customers and work very hard to make you all satisfied and happy. If you have any problems with your order or have any questions, please contact us and we will help you in anyway we can possible.
