1. Do you have a store in Hobart?
DUE TO PANDEMIC – WE HAVE A TEMPORARY VERSION OF Salamanca Market WITH 500 PEOPLE LIMIT PER MARKET.
Our stall is not in our usual new spot due to the remodel of the market to abide by the 500 people limit. Please check our Instagram and Facebook Page to be up to date with the spot where we will be. We will be having a smaller range due to the smaller market layout.
When the market is back to “normal”
We have a weekly stall at the iconic Salamanca Market and we are situated outside the Salamanca Fresh store in the middle isle- Stall 212/208. All our entire range will be available each week at our market stall.
We also wholesale to numerous stores in Hobart. Please see the Stockist page to get full details of where to purchase our products outside of the Salamanca Market.
2. Do you post Australia Wide and International?
All our orders are sent throughout local Tasmania, all over the mainland Australia and world wide. We use Australia Post to send all parcels and we have a flat rate $9.95 for all Australian orders, no minimum or maximum limit on amount of products orders in one order. Orders are mainly sent within 1-2 days post order placement during Monday – Friday.
For International orders, we currently offer Standard International Air, this is due to the COVID 19 pandemic. You can get a quote on the postage before checkout, so please also consider extra insurance and signature on delivery if you are concerned at the safety of your parcel upon delivery to your premises. The flat rate of $9.95 does not include international orders.
3. Do we accept returns ?
All orders are subject to a 30 day refundable time limit. After this, no refunds will be made due to change of mind or allergy to an ingredient that is written on the label. Please read all labels prior purchase or on the internet if you have a known allergen. We only will agree to a refund if the product is unfortunately at fault of ours, and if this occurs, MO will ask to pay for the products to be returned to check the QC. If the product is deemed faulty, we will offer a full refund or can replace the returned product. We will offer you a choice. Please do not tamper with the product at all so we can thoroughly check the returned product.
4. Is it safe online ordering?
Yes definitely. No personal data is shared to any third party and is secure within the WordPress website. There is a SSL certificate on the website that is always current.
No personal credit card details are kept or recorded. Payments are made through secure website of Paypal & Afterpay. Direct Bank Transfer is your responsibilty for safety due to safe connections to you internet banking and accessing your personal banking logins. Never get anyone else to do your internet banking for you as this will compromise the safety of your bank accounts.
5. Are we registered and insured correctly?
Yes most definitely. Rowena is fully registered with the AICIS Scheme that is compulsory with all soap makers who sell their end products. AICIS #NIC513232
We are also fully insured with product and public liability insurance.

5. Free Delivery?
We offer free delivery for close Hobart and surrouding suburbs and will be delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive a text when drop off has occurred or if there is any issues with delivery. Please make sure you have popped in the correct postcode and ticked the Free Delivery option on the checkout to get free delivery.
